John is one of the youngest South African comedians to work a fully-fledged national theatre circuit. He has been invited twice to the biggest comedy festival in the world, “Just Pour Rire” (That’s French for “Just For Laughs”) held in Montreal Canada. During his last visit, he was featured in the prestigious “Best of The Fest” showcase, and has been guaranteed on-going future invitations.
He has produced three one-man shows: “Mr. Ballistic”, “Man In Black” and “Aggravated Assault”, all of which played to full houses and rave reviews.
John also supported international superstar, Steve Wright at Standard bank Arena on the JHB leg of his SA tour…
For two years, John, hosted the popular live music and chat show on M-Net called, most originally, “live @ five”.
Is it any wonder why corporate clients such as Mercedes Benz, MTN, Ericsson, Microsoft, Primedia and Investec Bank hire him to perform at their gala events, product launches and corporate conferences?
Recently, John has joined up with academic friend and mentor, Jonathan Foster-Pedley to lecture on MBA “Creategy” Electives at the Graduate School Of Business, delivering his talk “The Shared World” on applied intuition.
