Barrie Bramley heads up the Talent Development Project of a leading Consulting Company, and is convinced that discovering, attracting and retaining Bright Young Things is one of the next BIG challenges business is going to have to find solutions for, and that he is ideally positioned to significantly contribute to this global conversation.
Barrie is also a 'social software' activist, and joins a technically skilled and highly experienced team as the 'creative solution finder', working with organisations to help them understand this phenomenon, and how it can be used to enhance the environment to create a more authentic conversations between their people.
Barrie’s creativity has found it's way into many organisations and projects. One currently “on the boil” is a significant contribution to one day cricket in the form of “DotBall”. It was recently tested in the IPL series played in South Africa, as well as two T20 internationals between South Africa and Australia.
Barrie is a sought after speaker and has worked with companies and organisations in many countries, including: England, Japan, Singapore, USA (Hawaii), Southern Africa, and has engaged with delegates from many countries throughout Africa.
