Niyati Evers
Niyati has worked with a vast variety of people, from senior managers to artists. She practiced as a therapist for 11 years, giving consultations to individuals and couples. Setting up her own training institute in Amsterdam, Niyati delivered ongoing programmes and weekend retreats in The Art of Creative Living for 10 years. She became known for her unconventional, humorous and dynamic no-nonsense approach to personal and group transformation. After moving to Cape Town, South Africa, in 1998, she worked as a consultant for the South African branch of a Dutch Business School. In this capacity she designed, delivered and managed Skills Development Programmes aimed at developing middle managers. Niyati has now moved on to set up her own training company. Her passion is to facilitate processes that allow for great leadership and innovative potential to flourish. She holds the title of Chief Perspectives Explorer.
